Refund and Return Policy
We at Desire Closet.com are dedicated to making sure you are happy with our clothing. Our 5-day return policy is available if you're not happy with your purchase. After you receive your item, you have 5 days to ask for a return.
Qualifications for Returns
Your item must fulfil the following requirements in order to be eligible for a return:
- The object needs to be in the same state as when you got it.
- It needs to be in its original packaging, unused, and with tags.
- The receipt or other evidence of purchase is required.
Method of Return
Please contact us at infoor via @desireofficialcloset or WhatsApp at 03180200358 to start a return. The address where returns should be sent is Karachi 75300, Pakistan. We will not accept returned items if you do not first request a return.
We will give you a return shipping label and shipping instructions as soon as your return request is approved.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used clothes
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchange
Returning the original item and then buying a new one separately after the return is approved is the quickest approach to guarantee you get the item you want.
Refund
We don't offer refunds. However, in rare circumstances where the product is unavailable, refunds might be permitted. The same credit card that was used to make the original purchase will get the refund. The price of the item or items will be credited to you. Please take up to two billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement and 5 days for returns to be processed.
